Details The Director of Sales Development will oversee a newly formed Sales Development Center of Excellence. We created a department in which SDR's from several different companies (Onit, SimpleLegal and AXDRAFT) will report to a centralized leader. This leader will partner closely with Marketing and Sales to drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation. The SDR team is disbursed across all geographic locations from the U.S. to the U.K. and will have have two regional Managers reporting to this role. Location:
U.S. Remote - We are open to a 100% work from home structure for this position Some business travel to Houston, TX as needed for meetings Role & Responsibilities Lead, coach and manage group of Sales Development reps across multiple product lines, ensuring consistent practices and processes Develop, maintain & drive strategy of the SDR organization in alignment with company goals and objectives Communicate effectively within the organization and cross-functional partners Build, implement and refine Sales Development operations and practices to ensure high degree of efficiency and effectiveness Identify, track and present key performance metrics to management demonstrating success and calling out areas requiring attention Collaborate and align with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to ensure we are operating effectively as one unit Create development programs that support the established promotion path for SDRs Lead by example throughout the organization You Are:

Qualifications:
4
years SDR/Sales management experience (with at least 2
years leading an SDR organization) Fluency in prospecting tools and platforms (we use Outreach, Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, ZoomInfo and Everstring to name a few!) and understanding of highly effective prospecting strategies and tactics Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies Bachelor's Degree preferred
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
